​All products from AXIS wood lab are custom-made to order. A 50% advance payment is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before dispatch or collection. Designs finalized by the client cannot be changed once fabrication begins. AXIS wood lab is not liable for any damage to surfaces resulting from incorrect installation or improper maintenance by the client.
