Our products (including MDF wall panels, 3D parametric art, and calligraphy cut-outs) are crafted from engineered wood. Minor natural variations in grain, texture, or raw surface shade are normal.
Custom-sized or bespoke designs approved by the customer are final. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify exact dimensions and specifications prior to production.
Unless ordered with a pre-finished coating, raw or primed MDF products require proper sanding, priming, and painting suited to indoor timber applications.
Orders will only be processed once full or required advance payment is confirmed.
Customers must check packages upon delivery & report any damage within 24h
